General Information


The registration should be done using the Kudowa Summer School website by 20th March 2016 at the latest.The total fee, which includes full board, lecture notes, social programme and lodging is 1900 PLN and should be paid by 15th May 2016. After this date, the fee amount will raise up to 2000 PLN.  Students from European institutions are encouraged to apply for funding individually through FuseNet. Please, follow the links to find the FuseNet application guidelines and the application form.


In addition, we are endeavouring to find financial support for participants from beyond the European Community. In order to apply for such support students are required to submit the abstract and the financial support application form by 15th February 2016. Interested students should contact directly the Organising Committee.

The school fee should be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:

The payment of the registration fee must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e. all bank charges for effecting the international money transfer must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary’s agents Bank Pekao SA. Participating students are encouraged to present short (up to 15 min.) talks on their research activities. They do not need to be directly connected with the school topics. Interested participants are kindly asked to send an abstract (1 page, Times New Roman, 12 pt., single spaced) of their proposed presentation by 12th March 2016 on the e-mail address of Kudowa School. The template of an abstract can be found here. Depending on the availability of funding it is considered publishing selected contributions of the participants in the Nukleonika Journal. The best three presentations will receive a very nice award!
